2. No Therapist–Client Relationship

No therapeutic relationship is created by:

  • Email or SMS communication
  • Submission of a contact or intake form

A therapist–client relationship is established only after completion of intake documentation, signed informed consent, and formal acceptance of services by a licensed provider.

3. Informational Use Only

Website content and SMS communications are for informational and administrative purposes only. Nothing on this website constitutes medical or psychological advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

4. SMS / A2P Messaging Terms (TCPA Compliance)

By opting in to SMS communications, you agree to receive text messages including:

  • Appointment reminders and scheduling updates
  • Intake and administrative communications
  • Program information and resources you have requested

  • Cancellations require at least 24–48 hours notice.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Digital Products & Courses

  • Dr. CB Therapy LLC offers digital downloads, courses, and programs for purchase through this website.
  • All purchases are processed securely through GoHighLevel and Stripe. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
  • All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once access has been granted or a file has been downloaded, except where required by applicable law.
  • If you experience a technical issue preventing access to a purchased product, contact us at info@drcbtherapy.com and we will work to resolve it.
  • Digital products and course materials are licensed for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or share access with others.
  • Access to courses or membership areas may be time-limited as described at the point of purchase. We reserve the right to revoke access for violations of these Terms.
  • We are not responsible for errors or interruptions caused by Stripe or GoHighLevel's payment or delivery systems.
